Description

Description About The Company Le Labo is a niche perfume company, born in Grasse and raised in New York City. We sparked a revolution over 15 years ago and today, we remain unconventional in the luxury perfumery market. Every fragrance is freshly hand-blended, and each label is personalized, before the eyes of our clients, at the moment of purchase. Mindful in everything we do – from fragrance creations to where we choose to open a new boutique – our primary mission is to share the beauty of our craft with the world. It is more than just product; Le Labo offers sensorial experiences, memories and a point of view. It is a lifestyle. • We believe that there are too many bottles of perfume and not enough soulful fragrances • We believe the soul of a fragrance comes from the intention with which it is created and the attention with which it is prepared • We believe in the passionate souls who work close to us ABOUT THE POSITION: Our Souls are not pushy and do not foster aggressive selling techniques - more important than ‘forcing a sale’ is the experience our clients have. With the support of their management, our Souls are required to offer genuine and thoughtful customer service, while remaining compliant with the company processes and policies and fostering the brand culture of craftsmanship and unique in-store experiences. We endeavor to build connections with everyone who walks through our doors. View our manifesto online if you are intrigued, and please only engage if you truly connect with it. Role Responsibilites • Ensuring a welcoming environment for the client in the store • Sharing with the client your knowledge on the art of fine perfumery, on the brand, and on the collection, and create genuine, authentic connections with clients • Lab Technician - fully managing the lab: compounding perfumes, managing the ingredients and stock, labeling and boxing the creations with care. • Building client database by gathering client information. • Following all operational best practice including adherence to compliance and POS training guidelines. Values We Seek • Genuine capacity for connection and authentic personality • Souls who appreciate craftsmanship • High emotional intelligence.
