A Day in the Life Based on counter at Bondi Junction across a 35-hour week, you represent the avant-garde vision of Prada Beauty, reporting directly to the Counter Manager. You turn passing foot traffic into brand advocates by delivering tailored consultations across fragrance and makeup. • Deliver bespoke consumer consultations, introducing clients to Prada Beauty collections through personalised shade matching and olfactive storytelling. • Drive individual and counter sales targets, tracking daily retail performance and recommending complementary routines to grow basket size. • Maintain immaculate visual merchandising standards in line with Prada guidelines, managing product displays, hygiene testers, and on-counter stock levels. • Build lasting client relationships by enrolling shoppers into our loyalty database and booking them for return visits and exclusive brand events. We Are Looking For You bring a genuine interest in luxury retail and the energy to engage every shopper who walks past the counter. You bring: • Consumer Centricity : Dedication to understanding individual client needs and delivering high-touch retail service. • Retail Sales & Commercial Acumen : Ability to link product recommendations to consumer preferences while achieving set sales targets. • Brand Storytelling : Skill in communicating product benefits, brand philosophy, and fragrance notes clearly and memorably. • Relationship Building : Ability to foster rapport quickly with a diverse clientele to encourage long-term loyalty. • Merchandising & Detail Focus : High personal standards regarding counter cleanliness, tester maintenance, and visual presentation. What's In It For You • A place for you to leave your comfort zone and grow beyond your potential (here, you'll be encouraged to try new things and take risks!) • Real responsibility from day 1, there's no sitting on the sidelines at L'Oréal • An environment where people of every ethnicity, social background, age, religion, gender and sexual orientation as well as people with disabilities are accepted, can speak up, will thrive and are celebrated! • A place where you can contribute to something bigger!
